Biography
Carl Pierrecq is a Haitian journalist, literary critic, art critic, and writer. His studied in Modern Literature (ENS), History of Art and Archaeology (IERAH/ISERSS), and in Legal Sciences (EDSEG) have deeply influenced his relationship with knowledge. He is a great enthusiast of theater, mythology, philosophy, and contemporary art. Carl Pierrecq is the co-founder of Mécénat-Haïti with Godson Antoine, a structure focused on cultural pedagogy, intercultural dialogue, and whose first festival in 2021 was dedicated to the West African country of Mali. Un roman chinois is his first novel.
